It would be fine if I did but to my surprise I have had so many supportive comments.Jenhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12487002332435856236noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6705869791802318598.post-69047478493568384142012-10-24T15:40:25.238-04:002012-10-24T15:40:25.238-04:00Loved this series. It's not a popular stance, but so far, I've not had any negative responses. :)Audra Silvahttp://www.audrasilva.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6705869791802318598.post-64192279825587877172012-10-23T22:01:49.752-04:002012-10-23T22:01:49.752-04:00Katie, thanks for your comment and for stopping by...Katie, thanks for your comment and for stopping by my blog.Jenhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12487002332435856236noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6705869791802318598.post-65059223216979845252012-10-23T21:53:55.108-04:002012-10-23T21:53:55.108-04:00Thanks for sharing your "why" for you an...Thanks for sharing your "why" for you and your family! As such, I'll be dressing up for the kiddos, but in a costume inspired by a Newbery award winning book (written by a Christian author no less). We will also be hosting a Trick-or-Treat at the library event and themed story times. Though, rather than focusing on scary things like ghosts and goblins - we are doing stories about monsters that encourage and empower kids to not be afraid and to practice empathy. I want the library to be a welcoming place for EVERYONE in the community whether they love Halloween (even the darker aspects) OR strictly avoid it.Amy (aka The Library Lady and Modernish Homemaker)http://www.blogger.com/profile/05420913955552996515noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6705869791802318598.post-62833971371312214792012-10-21T16:54:53.109-04:002012-10-21T16:54:53.109-04:00Thank you.
